Fuel log
Log each fill-up with volume, mileage and cost. Average MPG is worked out from your fill-ups, and you can choose to include fuel in Expenses.
Keep servicing, maintenance, repairs, receipts and important documents organised for every vehicle you own.
Your feedback shapes what we build next
DocuGarage is a web app for keeping the full history of the vehicles you own. Log each service and repair, keep the receipts, and store your MOT and insurance paperwork with the vehicle it belongs to. It is a record of your vehicles, not another folder of loose files.
Use the web app today, in your browser. Native mobile apps are on the roadmap, and your records stay in one place as we expand.
Keep your records digital day to day, and export a PDF whenever you need a copy for someone else or your own files.
Cars, motorcycles and anything else, each with its own profile, photos and history.
Your feedback shapes what we build next.
We're actively developing DocuGarage and would love your input. Share your ideas via email or contact below. For product bugs, use Submit a bug inside the app. It helps us fix issues faster.
Live in DocuGarage today.
Add each car, motorcycle or van you own with its details and photos, so its history has a home.
Log service records, repairs and receipts against the right vehicle, with costs and attachments.
Keep each MOT, insurance, road tax, contract, legal paperwork and other document with the vehicle it belongs to.
Upload a PDF or image to prefill a new record. You check everything before you save.
See MOT, insurance and road tax documents that have expired or are due within 30 days, plus service intervals that are due soon or overdue, on Home, Documents and the vehicle page.
Costs you log on documents and fuel fill-ups roll up into an expenses view, by vehicle and by period, with CSV or PDF export. No separate spreadsheet.
Export a PDF when you need a copy to share or keep.
Log each fill-up with volume, mileage and cost. Average MPG is worked out from your fill-ups.
On our roadmap. Not available yet.
Selling or passing on a vehicle? Send the new owner a copy of its history with a QR code or link. They add it to their own DocuGarage account, and you keep your records. A copy, not a move. It is not a change of keeper with the DVLA and is not proof of sale.
Today you can export PDFs. Next, we plan to export and restore the whole garage: vehicle profiles, documents and expense history, so moving or recovering your full record is simple.
Import already prefills a document from a PDF or photo. We plan to read more from your paperwork and get more of it right first time.
Dedicated iOS and Android apps are planned. Until then, DocuGarage works in your browser.
Estimate a trip from your fuel log: distance and fuel cost, using the average MPG you already track, so the plan sits with the rest of the history.
Building on your service reminders, a quiet cue on Home when your records suggest it is time to book work. Advice only. It does not replace your reminders.
Enter a registration to see a vehicle's tax and MOT status, and keep those dates with the vehicle.
Snap or type the odometer reading to build a mileage record for each vehicle.
Fuel tracking, service reminders, road tax and safer drafts landed this month. Everything below is live in the app today.
Log each fill-up with volume, mileage and cost. Average MPG is worked out from your fill-ups, and you can choose to include fuel in Expenses.
Set a service interval by distance or months. Home and the vehicle page show when a service is due soon or overdue.
Save a vehicle or document as a draft and come back to it later. Leaving a form with unsaved changes asks what you want to do, and unsaved work is restored after a page refresh.
Road tax is now its own document type, with expiry alerts alongside MOT and insurance on Home, Documents and the vehicle page.
Add vans to your garage, with the fields that suit them.
Export expenses as CSV or PDF, include the purchase price, and see cost per mile or km.
Copy an existing document to start a renewal without retyping it.
Pick insurance end-of-cover and road tax "valid to" dates from one-tap presets.
Receipts can record the mileage at the time, next to the rest of the details.
A snapshot of what shipped in DocuGarage this month. The highlights below are live in the app today.
Inspection and insurance documents that are expired or due within 30 days now show on Home, Documents, and Vehicle Details. Expired items appear first, then the soonest due. Tap or click a row to open that document.
Spend rolls up from costs you've already logged on documents. Filter by vehicle and time period, choose whether totals use each document's date or when it was uploaded, and jump in from Home spending cards for this month or this year.
Upload a PDF or image when adding a document and let DocuGarage fill in what it can. You review everything before you save.
Icons across Home, the sidebar, and the header. Replacing the previous placeholder emoji icons.
If a registration number matches another vehicle in your garage, you see a heads-up while you add or edit. You can still save if it is intentional.
Receipts and other generic document types can carry their own date, so expenses and your records line up with when work actually happened (However, you can still organise this by creation date if you'd like).
